Frequently Asked Questions
What services do you offer at Peak Performance BG?
I offer personalized training sessions, athletic (sports performance) training, strength and conditioning, injury rehab/prevention guidance, and nutritional advice tailored to individual goals and needs.
Where are the training sessions held?
The training sessions are typically held at the Lovers Lane Soccer Complex or a mutually agreed upon location between myself and the client.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
I provide all necessary equipment for the sessions. However, I do recommend clients bring their own water.
I'm a beginner... Is personal training suitable for me?
Absolutely! My services are customized to fit each individual's fitness level and cater to injuries and special conditions as needed.
I'm ready to get the ball rolling! How do I schedule sessions with you?
Awesome! Just go to the BOOK NOW page and schedule a time for us to meet for your introductory session. This will be at the Soccer Complex on Lovers Lane and take less than an hour.
What is an introductory session?
This is a free session dedicated to understanding your goals, limitations, exercise/training history, movement patterns, and current ability level. I want to gather as much pertinent information about you as I possibly can so that I can provide the most effective and safe programming to help you reach your goals at lightning speed. We will also discuss which package option is best for you and take care of payment at this time.
How much do your services cost?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 12 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations may be subject to forfeiture of the session.
How do I prepare for my sessions?
Ensure you are adequately hydrated and have had a light meal or snack about 30 minutes-2 hours before the session. Failing to do so may result in dizziness, lethargic feelings, or worse. We must fuel to perform!
Can you accommodate specific injuries/health conditions?
Yes! In fact, I have helped numerous clients kick their nagging injuries to the curb for good. Strength, mobility, and stability work- when administered properly- is often the best rehab/prehab available.
